Employee assistance programme

We’re committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of all our employees. This is why we’ve continued to work with Insight to provide a supportive and confidential employee assistance programme.

Insight is a specialist, independent provider of employee wellbeing services and will provide a free and confidential counselling and advice service by trained and experienced counsellors.  From relationship difficulties and bereavement, to debt and pressure at work, if it’s affecting your overall wellbeing, don’t hesitate to use the service.

Annual appraisals

We’ve developed a performance and development review [PDR] designed to give an overall statement of intent and guidance for employees and managers.

This programme of annual appraisal is part of our commitment to creating a culture of openness and accountability. We believe this is the best way for you to continually develop your skills and expertise so you can perform effectively, and in a way that supports our principles and behaviours.
