During the coronavirus pandemic, our board of directors meetings are being held in public virtually.

We are holding our next public meeting on Thursday 26 November 2020 at 12:45 for approximately 2 hours. 

Due to current social distancing restrictions, the meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.

You can join the board of directors Zoom meeting. You will be held in a ‘virtual waiting room’ until the meeting host admits you to the meeting.

To ensure the meeting runs effectively and smoothly, please take note of the following points:

Once connected, please wait in the ‘virtual meeting room’ until the meeting host admits you. Please join with your audio muted. You may have your camera on should you wish to do so.

The meeting will not be recorded, minutes will be documented and these will feature in the next set of board papers.

Board papers are normally available on the website in advance of the meeting so you can be aware of the items being discussed. 

It is our policy to deal with as much business as possible in our meeting held in public so that our business is open to public scrutiny. However, items that relate to individual staff, or other matters of a confidential or commercially sensitive nature which it would be inappropriate to discuss in a public forum, will be discussed in private.
