Professional biography
Dr Theodora Germetaki graduated from the University of Ioannina in Greece in 2009. She completed her medical training in Leeds and Liverpool before joining The Christie as a Clinical Research Fellow in the Colorectal and Experimental Cancer Medicine teams, where she also completed a Master of Research (MRes) in Experimental Cancer Medicine at the University of Manchester.
Dr Germetaki subsequently completed her specialty training in Medical Oncology at The Christie and was appointed as a Consultant Medical Oncologist in 2024. She specialises in the management of thoracic malignancies and sarcomas.
