Firewalking is the practice of walking barefoot on hot embers. A firewalk can help overcome fear and inspire people to do things they didn’t think possible. It’s the perfect challenge for team building or personal development.

The Spinningfields Firewalk is managed by industry experts, UK FIREWALK. Before taking your first footsteps across the fiery coals, they will provide an hour-long training session to help you perfect your technique and spark your excitement for the challenge ahead!

You'll need to arrive at Foley's Cafe from 3.45pm, located inside the XYZ Building on Hardman Boulevard. There will be complimentary refreshments when you arrive.

After this at 4pm prompt, you'll have a compulsory 1-hour training session. Then, you'll make your way outside to Hardman Boulevard to take part in the Firewalk. The Spinningfields Firewalk will start as 5pm and should finish by 6pm.

Please note: This event is exclusively for businesses at Spinningfields. There can be up to 5 people in a team. A team ticket costs £250. You can enter as many teams as you like.

We encourage fancy dress and you'll need a team name to take part.

If you have any queries, please contact info@spinningfields.co.uk.

We'll send more information about the event after a team books a place.

Will I burn my feet?

You can wear fancy dress, but you must have bare legs up to your knees.

How long does The Christie Firewalk last?

Can I bring spectators?
Yes, the more the merrier – although spectators aren’t able to attend the training session.

What if it’s raining?
A firewalk can still go ahead in the rain because the heat evaporates the moisture before it reaches the fire.

If you’re in doubt if you can take park in a firewalk or not, please seek advice from your doctor.
