Why regular giving is so important
Regular gifts help us plan ahead because we know we have guaranteed donations coming in. That means we can invest in more cutting-edge research, specialist staff and the very latest equipment and facilities for the 60,000 cancer patients who rely on The Christie every year for world-class treatment and care.
Thanks to generous donations, we've been able to support the Paterson Building. This purpose-built research centre allows experts to collaborate under one roof, to find the next big breakthroughs in cancer treatment.
This includes services at The Christie that are fully funded by charitable donations, including the art room at The Christie and the complementary therapy service. And it also includes supporting ground-breaking cancer research trials, so we can improve treatment outcomes for our patients in the future.
