What to expect
This one-day interactive workshop is designed to help healthcare professionals build confidence in handling challenging or emotive interactions with patients and relatives.
You’ll explore how emotions influence communication, practise advanced listening and empathy skills, and use evidence-based frameworks to guide person-centred conversations.
Through discussion and supported role play, you’ll have the chance to test strategies and reflect on your own approach in a safe, psychologically supportive space.
