Our Surgical Team here at The Christie are bringing a unique opportunity for qualified surgeons, trainees and early career surgeons to experience a hands-on cadaveric surgery course this coming January 2026.
Hosted as the MCCSSS, these two, one-day in person courses give learners the opportunity to explore a patient case with Mr Chelliah Selvasekar and then in pairs explore the surgical route using cadavers at the world-leading facility.
There are two options for these advanced surgical courses: Cadaveric Peritoneal and Cytoreductive Surgery or Cadaveric Pelvic Exenteration Hands-on Course, both comprising of one day in-person hands-on learning. Prior to each day course, there will also be a virtual webinar hosted by Mr Selvasekar and his expert team to explore theory and lay the foundations for the in-person element.
Places on these advanced courses are extremely limited (10 per session) so early booking is advised.
