We were delighted to hear that Arvonelle Preston has been nominated for the Learner of the Year Award at The Christie Colleague Annual Awards.
Arvonelle joined the Professional Development Team in March last year and has recently completed her Level 3 Business Administration qualification with outstanding results. Her commitment to both her studies and her role has been exceptional, and her contribution to the team has been invaluable.
We’re incredibly proud of the way Arvonelle has seamlessly integrated into the team, consistently demonstrating professionalism and dedication. Her nomination is a well-deserved recognition of the hard work she’s put in over the past year. Arvonelle is now taking on new responsibilities including managing the Trust’s Functional Skills programme. Her continued growth and willingness to take on new challenges are a testament to her drive and the valuable role she plays within the Professional Development Team.
