This one-day interactive workshop builds confidence in delivering significant or sensitive information — often described as “bad news” — with clarity, compassion and confidence. 
You’ll explore what makes a conversation challenging, learn how to use the SPIKES+ framework to structure these discussions, and practise strategies for handling strong emotions in yourself and others. 
Facilitated by experienced trainers, the session combines practical techniques, reflection and real-world scenarios to help you navigate difficult interactions more effectively.
