What to expect 

This one-day interactive workshop supports leaders and managers in developing the confidence and self-awareness needed to communicate effectively with colleagues. 
You’ll explore what drives workplace conflict, how to prevent it, and how to handle it sensitively when it arises. 
Through discussion, role play and practical exercises, you’ll learn to give feedback constructively, listen actively and strengthen team communication — even in challenging situations.
