Inspired by women from the Manchester PA Network's own experiences, Women's Wellfest will be a day where women can come together, learn from experts, share experiences and focus on their own wellbeing.
Manchester PA Network – Women’s Wellfest
Women’s Wellfest is for women who are juggling busy lives and are ready to put themselves a little higher up the priority list.
On the day, specially selected guests will be covering:
- Women’s health
- Breast cancer awareness in partnership with The Christie Charity
- Nourishment and movement
- Women and the wardrobe
There will also be delicious and wholesome food and drink throughout the day and a breath work and yoga session delivered by Feast & Flow.
This isn’t about perfection or having all the answers. It’s about creating a supportive and welcoming space where women can take time for themselves, build confidence, embrace who they are, and feel empowered to make choices that support their health, happiness and future.
Manchester PA Network's hope is that every woman leaves feeling inspired, energised and more confident in themselves, with new connections, practical takeaways and a reminder that investing in yourself is one of the most important things you can do.
You don’t need to be a PA or a member of the network to attend Women's Wellfest.
