He was previously at wealth managers Rothschild in Manchester and has over 20 years of equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions experience. He was director of M&A and head of UK Regions IPO Advisory, advising corporates, private equity, entrepreneurs and PLCs in the mid-cap market.
