Book on the Immunotherapy Checkpoint Inhibitors in Oncology Study Day on 24 November and the Bispecific Antibodies in Oncology Study Day on 8 December and receive a 10% discount from the booking price.
What to expect
Bispecific antibodies are reshaping the immunotherapy landscape, delivering remarkable responses across haematological malignancies and an expanding range of solid tumours. As these novel agents move from clinical trials into routine practice, healthcare professionals need to understand how they work, who they're for, and how to manage their unique toxicity profile safely and effectively.
This study day provides a practical update on bispecific antibodies in oncology, equipping clinicians across all disciplines to support timely, effective and personalised care for patients.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this study day, delegates will be able to:
- Describe the mechanism of action of bispecific antibodies and their role across haematological malignancies and solid tumours
- Identify appropriate patient selection criteria and relevant biomarkers to guide bispecific antibody therapy
- Recognise the clinical features and grading of Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS) and implement evidence-based management strategies
- Identify and manage neurological toxicities associated with bispecific antibodies, including Immune Effector Cell-Associated Neurotoxicity Syndrome (ICANS)
- Apply evidence-based approaches to the management of bispecific-related adverse events, including complex and rare toxicities
- Explain step-up dosing protocols, hospitalisation requirements, and practical considerations for the safe delivery of bispecific antibody treatment
- Demonstrate confidence in nursing care and patient safety practices specific to patients receiving bispecific antibody therapy
Why choose this programme
This study day offers an up-to-date and clinically relevant overview of immune checkpoint inhibitors, combining current evidence, practical toxicity management and multidisciplinary perspectives to support safer and more effective patient care.
