There is something incredibly powerful about being in a room with healthcare professionals who, perhaps for the first time in a long time, are given space to speak. Not to be taught, not to be assessed, not to be “fixed.” To talk about what their work feels like.
The Christie Institute for Cancer Education’s PGUG team hosted a Preceptorship Celebration Event on Monday 27 April at The Christie Education Centre, bringing together staff to recognise the impact of preceptorships in supporting newly registered healthcare professionals.
