Overview

This online training course provides experiential training in teaching mindfulness to clients in a one-to-one context. Together with MRE Workshop 1, it offers a flexible way of teaching mindfulness that works with the specific needs of clients. The course is suitable for students, trainees, professionals and practitioners working in health, educational, social and integrative therapy contexts.
