MRE Level 1, Workshop 1: Introduction to Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness

Overview

This 6-week online training course offers an experiential introduction to Mindful Resilience Enhancement (MRE) and to taking a trauma-sensitive approach to safely and easily teach mindfulness to most individuals and groups. It is the first workshop in the MRE teacher-training pathway that leads to a competency certificate in teaching mindfulness in professional practice.
