What to expect
This multidisciplinary study day explores cancers affecting the skin and the complex wound care challenges experienced across oncology settings. Through expert-led sessions and practical discussion, delegates will explore typical presentations, evidence-based management approaches and the role of multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality wound care.
The programme will cover a broad range of topics, including radiotherapy-related skin reactions, lymphoedema management, fungating wounds and wound complications associated with head and neck and vulval cancers. Delegates will also have the opportunity to explore treatment options, share good practice and discuss day-to-day clinical challenges with professionals working across oncology and tissue viability services.
Designed to support clinicians across disciplines, this engaging study day will strengthen confidence in delivering timely, effective and person-centred wound care in oncology.
