HEARTS is a mnemonic for Hands-on, Empathy, Aromas, Relaxation, Textures and Sound. In this course, you will learn how to combine these therapeutic components to help patients and carers achieve a state of relaxation and calm in many situations. Students can complete additional case study work in support of a HEARTS Process Practitioner Certificate.
