Looking to get a head start on your New Year’s fitness resolutions? You could take part in a sponsored challenge to stay active every day for 12 days this December, with a 12 days of Christmas challenges event.

To start with, plan what exercise (or exercises!) you want to do on every day of your 12 days of Christmas challenges event. Whether you want to run, walk, swim, skip, hop, or cycle, just pick something that works for you.

If you’re looking for a new hobby, why not take on a different sport for each day of your 12 days of Christmas challenges event? People are more likely to donate if you’re doing something out of your comfort zone.

This is a great challenge to do with friends and family or even with your colleagues from work – the more the merrier!

You can start your 12 days of Christmas challenges event any day in December, whenever works best for you. If you want to have an extra-special finish, start it on 14 December – that way, you’ll finish on Christmas day.
