Diagnosis and Management of Myeloproliferative Neoplasms: A Preceptorship

Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th January 2020

A two day intensive training course in the diagnosis and management of myeloproliferative neoplasms suitable for specialist nurses, specialist registrars and newly qualified consultants

 

 

Topics Covered:

Diagnosis, genetics and clinical management of Essential Thrombocythaemia, Polycythaemia Vera, Myelofibrosis and Systemic Mastocytosis; allogeneic BMT for myelofibrosis; the role of the clinical nurse specialist; clinical trials; participant case-based presentations and discussions

This course is free to attend but will places will be allocated via an application process. YOUR PLACE IS NOT GUARANTEED: When you reserve a place you will then need to make a formal application which will be considered by the committee. You will need to submit the application form available below, your CV and a 10 line outline of a clinical case which you would need to present as part of the course.

 

TIMETABLE FOR APPLICATIONS

You must register your interest before the 15th November 2019. 

The closing date for completed applications is 22nd November 2019.

Committee to consider applications and applicants will be informed if they are successful or not by 29th November 2019
