UK NHS patients
If you live in the England and are being treated on the NHS, you'll be referred to us by your specialist doctor. We also offer a second opinion if you're looking for additional advice and support. Please note that patients from Wales may require additional local approval before we can offer an opinion and treatment.
When we get your referral from your specialist doctor, we'll send you a response to acknowledge that it's arrived. Our administrative team will then collect all the relevant information to help us give our opinion.
Private patients from the UK or abroad can select the surgeon they wish to see by either phone or online.
Doctors making private referrals can write us a letter outlining the diagnosis, treatment to date and the reason for referral.
You can find further information on the HCA website.
