Guidance for abstract submissions on the subject of oncology
Abstracts on any cancer-related topic will be considered for poster presentation.
Abstracts should be saved as a Word document with your full name and event as the name of the document e.g. ‘John Smith Collab in Cancer Abstract’ and emailed to the-christie.educationevents@nhs.net by 5pm on Friday 13 May 2022 with the cover submission form attached.
- All abstract submissions must pre-register to attend the symposium and indicate on the application form that they are interested in submitting an abstract.
- Please refer to the below submission form template when completing your abstract (250 words max).
- Upon submission, all successful abstracts will be contacted and asked to submit an A4 PDF poster. You may also be selected for a brief oral presentation, if you would not be happy to give an oral presentation please highlight this on the submission form.
- Certificates will be awarded to the top 3 posters and the winners will be announced live at the symposium.
