Jackie has been involved at The Christie for several years and was previously the governor for Stockport from 2007 to 2015. Jackie was chair of the patient and public involvement forum from 2003 – 2007.  She was the lead governor from 2009 to 2015. Over the years she has gained huge insight into how we operate, our ethos, our staff and the needs of patients and carers. 

Patient experience is a subject close to her heart and having been a patient here herself she understands the impact the environment can have on a patient’s experience.

She is keen to hear from Stockport patients and support groups who want to know more about any issues relating to The Christie.
