Hospedia bedside services

Hospedia offer a great range of services, including TV and Radio , Games, Internet access, on demand Films and Hospital Information as well as a personal phone all at the bedside. 

We have both free and chargeable services, with payment options to suit both length of stay and pocket.

A personal bedside phone makes it easy to stay in touch with friends and relatives on the outside world, and if a patient moves beds, their personal number moves with them.

Patients can also view important information about The Christie and their stay, as well as useful local information.

To get started, all a patient has to do is follow the on screen instructions. If you get stuck, pick up the bedside phone and speak with the Hospedia Customer Care Team. This is always a FREE call from the bedside.

Sunday 3^rd June, 2pm to 6pm - Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant; over one thousand boats will muster on the River Thames in preparation for Her Majesty the Queen to take part in the pageant.

Tuesday, 5^th June, 10am to 4pm - Starts with a Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul's at 10.30 a.m., followed by a carriage procession through Whitehall and Trafalgar Square, finishing at Buckingham Palace.   Shortly after their arrival, the Royal Family will appear on the Balcony and a RAF Fly past will take place. 

We will also offer free outbound calls to 01, 02, and 03 BT landline numbers (local and national numbers) from Tuesday, 29th May up to and including Wednesday, 6^th June.
