Headstart
Headstart is a free service for patients
experiencing hair loss due to treatment. Experienced volunteers
give demonstrations and advice on how to tie scarves and wear hats
as an option to wigs. They can also advise and create headwear for
special occasions.
A wide range of scarves, hats and turbans are available for
sale. We have scarves and hats from all over the world ... as well
as from local stores and markets.
People can be seen individually or in groups on the ward or in
our salon.
