Patient Satisfaction Surveys

The graphs below show the results of our patient satisfaction survey for March 2012. Over 100 patients are asked questions about issues such as cleanliness, attitude of staff, communication of treatment and standard of food and drinks.. Patients are asked to give a rating of either:

  • Excellent
  • Good
  • Fair
  • Poor

The results show that 95% of patients asked, rated us as either excellent or good.
