The Christie has teamed up with Global Adventure Challenges to give you the unique opportunity to take part in a brand new walking challenge. (Not for the faint hearted)

The ThunderWalk is a team challenge taking place in the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park on Saturday 12^th May 2012. ThunderWalk is a tough 54 mile trek, the challenge being to complete the route within 24 hours. Anyone can take part. It's a team based event with 4 walkers to a team plus support crew.

This event promises to be challenging, emotional, fun and life-changing. Whatever your reasons for taking on this challenge, whatever your motives, ThunderWalk will deliver and provide you with one of those moments in life, where anything is possible…if you put your mind to it.

To take part there are two payment options giving you more flexibility. You can sign up to raise a minimum sponsorship of £1,800 and pay a registration fee of £199 per team or you can self fund, then pledge to raise as much sponsorship as possible. What ever you decide to choose we will support you on your fundraising journey by providing you with the tools to reach your fundraising target.
