British Gas Great Manchester Swim

The British Gas Great Manchester Swim is an exciting one mile open water swim taking place in Salford Quays. It is a brilliant challenge for swimmers of all abilities from first timers to Olympic champions and is an event not to be missed!

The unique dock to dock course allows spectators to follow swimmers from start to finish so family and friends can cheer you on when you need it most.

Registration is now open. To get involved and splash out for The Christie, please visit www.greatswim.org - sign up as soon as possible to avoid disappointment and don't forget to choose the option that indicates that you would like to raise money for The Christie!

The Christie also has a limited number of guaranteed entry (charity) places for this year's event which are available in return for a minimum sponsorship pledge of £150. If you would like to be considered for one of our places then please complete the online application form.

All our swimmers will receive excellent pre and post swim support from our expert events team who will also be on hand on the day to welcome our swimmers after they have completed the swim.
