Our £35 million Patient Treatment Centre which includes the largest early phase clinical trials unit in the world
Radiotherapy centres in Oldham and Salford, which means that patients can access high-quality Christie care in their local area
Purchase of a revolutionary surgical robot - the first in the North West
Opening of our new PET-CT imaging unit - enabling more accurate diagnosis and treatment
Purchase of a new DEXA scanner, which measures bone density
Regular replacement of our Graseby pumps, which are used daily to provide anti-cancer drugs, and cost £1,600 each to replace
Opening of the new radiopharmacy, allowing up to 50 patients a month to be treated using radioimmunotherapy - an increase from only one or two
Completion of a major extension to the haematology and transplant unit, improving facilities for patients being treated for blood related cancers like leukaemia
