Dr Rohit Kochhar graduated from R.G.Kar Medical College, University of Kolkata, India in 1997 with several distinctions and gold medals. In 2002 he completed his Masters (MD) in Radiology from the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, India with distinction and obtained his Diplomate of National Board in Radiology (DNB) in 2003. He completed his FRCR in 2005 and undertook further postgraduate training at Nottingham University Hospitals and was awarded his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) Radiology in 2007. He then completed a dedicated post CCT clinical/research fellowship in PET/CT imaging from The Christie. He has been working as a consultant oncoradiologist at The Christie since 2009.
