NHS Fab Change Week is an opportunity for anyone associated with the NHS to make pledges/suggestions and/or changes that will improve care, outcomes and experience for both patients and staff.
Patients are at the heart of what we do so we need to know how you, your family, friends and carers feel we could do better. What changes can we make that would make your experience better? How would you like us to improve?
However small or large, we want to hear about your ideas for making our service better. We can’t promise to act upon all your ideas, but we can promise to listen and make improvements where we can.
Starting in 2013, NHS Fab Change Week is a grassroots movement that asks anyone who engages with the NHS to make a change for the better, and then to share what they have done to inspire others.
Your idea or suggestion can be as big or small as you like and can be something that you feel would improve patients’ experiences here at The Christie, or something that might make life a little easier for our staff.
During the week from Monday 13th November to Friday 17th November there will be a series of events held throughout the Trust, so pop down and see us at the Oak Road entrance (next to WHSmith) or if you would rather email your suggestion or idea, then please do so at TransformationTeam@christie.nhs.uk
There will also be suggestion boxes in all patient areas.
We look forward to receiving your ideas.
