Public Meetings
Our board of directors holds a meeting in public
at 1.00pm, on the last Monday of every month except August and
December. Anyone can attend to observe the meeting but may not
speak.
It would be helpful if you could let us know if you plan to
attend by telephoning 0161 446 3703. Very occasionally the time and
date changes, so please check the next meeting agenda link during
the week of the meeting if you plan to attend.
Board papers are normally available on this website in advance
of the meeting so you can be aware of the items being
discussed. If you plan to attend and would a copy of the
papers please let us know at least 24 hours before the
meeting.
It is our policy to deal with as much business as possible in
our public meetings so that our business is open to public
scrutiny. However, items that relate to individual staff, or
other matters of a confidential or commercially sensitive nature
which it would be inappropriate to discuss in a public forum, will
be discussed in private.
